Ozone - Coffee Roastery Shoreditch

Shoreditch has a distinctive identity, it’s the Silicon Valley of London and an impressive coffee area. On the east side, coffee shops are much bigger, often with a roastery that produces the freshest coffee beans. Ozone is a New Zealand coffee shop expanded to London with a spacious layout that offers delicious brunch and unbelievably good coffee roasted in house. You can order something like baked eggs with halloumi, not alone to revolutionise the breakfast routine but also to offer Silicon Valley coffee fuel throughout the day. The crew is proud of their creation and loves to share their coffee expertise.

Ozone opened two weeks ago next to Old Street station. The two floor spacious layout has many booths for diners and a long coffee bar for coffee lovers from 7.30 till 5pm everyday. The menu offers a short list of wines as well as coffee and brunch, suitable for all times of the day.

There is a wholesaler underground where you can order Ozone roasted coffee to your shop or for home.

The counter offers delicious dessert, like gluten free macaroons.

Baked eggs with halluomi, lentils, chickpeas, tomatoes & labneh

This is a revolution to the tradtional breakfast routine, who knew eggs can match so well with halloumi cheese, The two love each other, baked halloumi is simply a savoury form of egg white. By adding some lentils like baked beans underneath, you get a breakfast quiche that’s so delicious and addictive.

Flat White

The coffee at Ozone is not focusing on milk foam but the consistency between coffee flavour and milk in creating something that’s a unity. The double shot of espresso was strong and flavoursome and the microfoam of milk was used to highlight this.

Verdict

I loved the spacious layout of Ozone as well as the excellent coffee and creative brunch menu. In the Silicon Valley of London, this coffee shop offers private booths with high speed internet and power cables, perfection!
